Practice Live With Me
If you’re in the south metro Denver area, I’d be honored to have you join me for live yoga classes. I teach a variety of accessible practices in welcoming community settings, with options for different experience levels and abilities. Here’s where you can practice with me:
Yoga Classes in Centennial and Lone Tree, Colorado
I currently teach classes each week at South Suburban Park District’s Goodson Recreation Center at 6315 S University Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121, as well as Lone Tree Recreation Center at 10249 Ridgegate Circle, Lone Tree, CO 80124. These are “drop-in” classes with no pre-registration required. Anyone can attend! Just pay the daily entry fee, or save money and buy a punch pass!
Yin Yoga: Goodson RC, Tuesdays at 5:30 PM and Thursdays at 8:30 AM Mtn (read more about Yin yoga)
Slow Flow Yoga: Lone Tree RC, Fridays at 10:30AM (learn about slow flow vinyasa)
Outdoor Yoga at Hudson Gardens & Event Center
Outdoor Slow Flow Yoga at Hudson Gardens & Event Center has ended for summer 2026.

Community Yoga Classes ~ Always Free
I often provide free online and in person classes throughout the year in the spirit of Seva – a Sanskrit word that means selfless service. It involves serving others without expecting any reward or recognition. The motivation is a desire to contribute to the well-being of others. To me, this is so important given the state of the world we live in now!

Sound Baths
Sound baths offer another way to slow down, rest, and reconnect. Using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments, I create immersive sound experiences designed to support deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.
